Shipment processing time

We strive to process the order as quickly as possible. On average it takes us 2-5 business days to ship your order.

Please consider unexpected delays due to the pandemic.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

The following are standard and expedited delivery estimates and rates.

1. All Calgary orders - Free Standard Delivery across Calgary and nearby locations (2-3 business days)
2. All orders across Canada outside Calgary - $9.99 CAD (3-4 business days)
   
3. Free Expedited Shipping - On all orders above $50 CAD (3-4 business days)

Please note that our shipping timelines are estimates. We reserve the right to delay delivery and shipment and are not liable to compensate customers for delays beyond the estimated delivery time.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order is confirmed and tracking details once your order has been shipped.
